- Hillsboro - May Scerilda Lindquist, 79, widow of John Lindquist, died Thursday. She was born south of here May 30, 1883, to Robert and Lear Myers Miller. She married Mr. Lindquist near Wallace Sept. 6, 1903. He preceded her in death in November 1955. One daughter, Mrs. Ruby Croft of Hillsboro, survives with four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and a brother, Robert Miller of Kingman. A sister and five brothers are deceased. Mrs. Lindquist was a member of the Undenominational Church. Andrew Abernathy will officiate at services set for 3 p.m. Saturday at the Crumley Funeral home, where friends may call Friday afternoon and evening. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery here.
